At Solace & I, we deliver more than just jewelry; we deliver a personal sanctuary. We have streamlined our global logistics to ensure your pieces arrive safely and affordably.

Shipping Update: To ensure each piece receives our signature hand-finishing, orders are currently dispatched directly from our artisan studio.

Delivery Time: 7-12 business days.
Tracking: Fully tracked door-to-door.
Note: Our bulk UK stock (48H delivery) will be available in March.

2. Order Processing

Handcrafted with Care: Most of our pieces are "Heavy Craft" or handmade. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and packed.
Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.

3. Duties, Taxes & Customs

Europe & UK: VAT is handled according to local regulations. If applicable, taxes will be calculated at checkout.
International: For countries outside of the USA, EU, and UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Address Changes

Accuracy is key to ensuring your "Solace" reaches you. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@solaceandi.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot redirect packages once they have been processed.
